What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All product on our website enjoy a FREE shipping by default. However, products can also be shipped through a fast courier service such as UPS or DHL. These come with extra cost and as such, buyers must indicate their desire or select a fast courier during the check out process.

Yes, we ship both locally and internationally.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It will take approximately 60 days (excluding the 2-5 processing days). It may take about 70 - 120 days for products to be delivered in remote locations.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payments through all major Credit Cards. You can also pay through PayPal. If you wish to pay through a Wire Transfer, you will need to indicate this as a NOTE during your checkout process. Or contact us directly about this.

How do I place an Order?
You can place an order by simply searching for a product, adding it to your cart, going to your cart / checkout page and making payments. Upon confirmation of your order, your products will be processed and shipped.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. Usually, it takes about 12 hours to process and ship out products from the moment the payment is confirmed. Once a product has been shipped, the order can not be cancelled and you will have to wait for the product to be delivered. After delivery, you have 14 days to return the product and ask for a full refund or keep the product and negotiate a partial refund with us.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We recommend all users of our site to create an account, because by having an account you can manage your orders, track and manage your interaction with us more efficiently. However, you can still buy from our shop without having an account.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order by using the tracking number we sent in the confirmation email. Introduce your tracking number and your email on the tracking page and get an update of your delivery schedule.
How Can I Return a Product?
